Converting Kitchen Measures: US versus Metric

No idea what I am talking about when I tell you to bake a cake at 180 degrees Celsius? Unfortunately, different countries use different measures, especially in cooking - often leading to an in-depth cultural experience. Being Austrian and doing a website on Austrian cuisine, I decided to stick with the original measures.

No need to despair, though - even if you are not familiar with the metric system. In the following, you will find conversion tables for US and metric measures. I hope this helps!

New Conversion Tool

Note: I recently added a Cooking Measurement Conversion Tool to this website, which might be even more useful for you!
